Welcome to the LALIGA Pick-Up Fútbol, an event designed to enjoy soccer in its purest form. Participation is free for all attendees.
All registered players will receive an official tournament jersey and have the opportunity to a meet LALIGA legend while enjoying music, food, drinks, and a great afternoon with friends, surrounded by the game we love.
The tournament champions will be awarded trophies and medals.

LALIGA Pick-Up Fútbol 3v3 Tournament
What is the format of the tournament?
The tournament is played 3v3 with no goalkeepers on small-sided fields. Teams compete in group play followed by semifinals and finals.
How many players can be on a team?
Each team may have up to 5 players on their roster. Only 3 players are on the field at a time.
How long are the games?
Games are 10 minutes long

Are there goalkeepers?
No. There are no goalkeepers in 3v3. Defensive players may not stand in the goal or “goal hang.”
What age groups are offered?
Youth Division: Ages 9–11
Adult Division: 18+
Are substitutions allowed?
Yes. Unlimited substitutions are allowed and can be made on the fly at midfield without stopping play.
Are throw-ins or kick-ins used?
All restarts from the sideline are kick-ins, not throw-ins.
Opponents must give 5 yards of space, and goals cannot be scored directly from a kick-in.
Is offside enforced?
No. There is no offside in 3v3 soccer.
Are slide tackles allowed?
No. Slide tackling is not permitted in any division.
What happens if a game ends in a tie?
Group stage: Ties are allowed
Playoffs: Games go directly to penalty kicks (3 shooters per team, then sudden death)
How are group standings determined?
If teams are tied on points, standings are decided by:
Goal difference
Goals scored
Head-to-head result
Penalty kicks
What equipment is required?
Soccer cleats or turf shoes
Shin guards are required for youth players
Water bottles recommended
Will referees be provided?
Yes. All games will be officiated by referees. Referee decisions are final.
Are there temporary suspensions during games?
Yes. Referees may issue a 2-minute suspension for dangerous play, persistent fouling, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
The suspended player must leave the field for 2 minutes
The team plays short-handed during that time
The player may return at the next stoppage after the suspension time has expired or when a goal has been conceded
Severe or repeated offenses may result in removal from the game or tournament
