Photo/Video Release

I understand and authorize that team rosters will be distributed to coaches and staff with personal information including but not limited to parent and player names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. I understand and authorize that player photos/videos may be published in, but not limited to local newspapers, tournament programs, and Path to Pro Soccer websites, social media accounts and promotional materials.
