Train regularly: Supplement your training 2-3 times a week to continuously work on your skills. Train specifically for your position: Focus on the requirements and abilities that are crucial for your position on the field. Train long-term: Set a goal to train consistently for at least 3 months to achieve sustainable progress. Live your dream: Follow your passion and work hard to fulfill your dreams in football.

We currently run sessions at three different locations in the South Charlotte and Matthews area: Elon Park, Colonel Francis J. Beatty Park, and the Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews.
